The store has been beeping

That ~just~ loud enough -beep-

to be ridiculously annoying

First explaining to customers-

And help will -eventually-

-I got bored-

“What beeping?”

When they repeat the obvious-

I activate my blank stare face.

“The store is beeping?”

Sometimes looking behind me

For dramatic effects

>shrugging<

It’s amusing to watch them

Question themselves.

But standing at a register with nothing but beeping

I am bored again
