All artwork and custom designs created by Maggie Jean Studio remain the intellectual property of Maggie Ross-Barnhizer and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

This includes original artwork, custom commissions, illustrations, watercolor paintings, and design work created for clients. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights to the buyer.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, altered, distributed, or commercially used without written permission from Maggie Jean Studio.

Maggie Jean Studio reserves the right to photograph, share, and display completed artwork for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
