Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and handmade nature of many Maggie Jean Studio products, all sales are considered final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Claims for damaged items, defective products, or shipping errors must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Approved claims may qualify for an exchange or replacement item at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
